Product Manager
You will lead product development and decide what we build next, working with clients, quants and engineers.
About Solo Clash
Solo Clash is a proprietary trading company with a simple mission: give aspiring traders the training, technology, and community they need to succeed, and let them focus on what they do best. We provide the environment; our traders bring the curiosity. Together, we win.
At the heart of our platform is our in-house analytics and trading engine, built to process real-time data and surface transparent statistics that help traders make better decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage the roadmap and backlog and set priorities based on client value and effort.
- Run discovery interviews, demos and early access programmes with prop firms, hedge funds and trading desks, and test ideas with users before they are built.
- Write specs and user stories with acceptance criteria for engineers and quants.
- Decide how signals, confidence scores and event timelines appear in the web app, alerts and API.
- Work with compliance on disclaimers and on how signals are worded, so the product informs clients without advising them.
- Give management a regular overview of product metrics, including activation, retention, usage around events and report accuracy.
- Plan releases in short cycles and coordinate QA sign-off, release notes and client communication.
- Track competing market data and analytics products and contribute to positioning and pricing.
What we're looking for
- Finance background: work experience at a bank, broker, fund, prop firm, trading platform or fintech, or a degree in finance or economics.
- Product management experience, including owning a product or a major feature area.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, data or analytics products.
- You write precise specs, tickets and status updates.
- You base decisions on data and can query it yourself with SQL or an analytics tool.
- Enough technical knowledge to discuss APIs, data models and trade-offs with engineers.
- You can make decisions with incomplete information.
- Good written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Personal or professional trading experience.
- Experience shipping data products or developer APIs.
- Experience with Figma, product analytics (PostHog) and project trackers such as monday.com.
- Experience using Claude Code or other AI tools for prototyping and analysis.
- Experience with pricing, packaging or B2B sales.
What we offer
- Compensation based on experience.
- Access to Claude Code and other AI tools.
- Mentoring matched to your experience level.
- Responsibility for your own area of the product.
- Career progression based on performance.
- Training and networking opportunities.
